Cancel future renewals at any time. Open the Stripe billing portal and sign in with the email address used for your purchase. Select your subscription, choose “Cancel subscription,” and complete the confirmation in Stripe.

These instructions apply to Premium Discord and One-on-one Mentorship. Ordinary cancellation stops future renewals and leaves the course access and any mentorship support included in your plan active through the end of your paid period. Check the end date and cancellation status shown in Stripe.

You can also cancel by email. Send your request from the email address used for your purchase. Include a receipt reference if available so we can identify your subscription. You do not need to give a reason.

If that button does not open your email app, email kutthroatshaa@gmail.com with the subject “Cancel my premium Discord subscription.” The email must be sent to submit your request.

An identifiable email request received before your next renewal stops that renewal. Processing delays on our side do not change that. We send confirmation when your email cancellation request has been processed.

Leaving the Discord server does not cancel billing. Do not send payment-card details by email.
