1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern the Premium Discord and One-on-one Mentorship educational memberships offered by Thahshin Shah through our website and designated Discord server (the “Service”). “Mean Reversion” is the title of the educational course. Thahshin Shah provides the course and membership in an individual capacity. You accept these Terms through the affirmative acceptance presented at checkout. If you do not agree, do not purchase a membership.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You must provide accurate information, be authorized to use your payment method, and maintain a Discord account in good standing. Membership is for one individual and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. We offer the Service only in locations supported at checkout and where we may lawfully provide it.
2. What your membership includes
Membership provides access to Discord channels restricted to premium membership roles. These channels contain the instructor’s original educational lessons, created as slides or PDF pages and posted as images, explaining the mean-reversion strategy and account-management approach the instructor uses with proprietary trading firm programs. Topics include forming a directional bias, identifying setups, selecting targets, managing risk, and considering evaluation costs and payout objectives. Lessons include TradingView chart screenshots and position-tool illustrations of entries, stops, and targets. The material explains a process, without promising a particular win rate or payout rate. The specific content and benefits included in your purchase are those described on the sales page and at checkout when you subscribe.
Premium Discord ($149.95 USD/month) includes the course channels and materials described above. One-on-one mentorship is not included in that tier.
One-on-one Mentorship ($479.95 USD/month total) includes the Premium Discord course plus private, one-on-one text Q&A with Sha (Thahshin Shah) on Discord throughout the paid membership period. We reply to mentorship questions within 24 hours. Sessions are not scheduled calls; the service is asynchronous text discussion about general course concepts, hypothetical practice, and historical examples. It is not continuous monitoring or an immediate-response service. It does not include recommendations tailored to a member’s trading account, current positions, finances, or personal risk tolerance.
The mentorship price includes course access; purchasing both tiers is not necessary. If you already subscribe to Premium Discord, contact kutthroatshaa@gmail.com before buying mentorship so we can arrange an upgrade. A new checkout does not automatically cancel, replace, prorate, or credit an existing subscription. Any plan change, effective date, and applicable credit or charge will be clearly confirmed and agreed before the change is made.
The fee purchases educational access. It does not purchase a prop-firm evaluation, trading account, brokerage service, access to trading capital, or a share of anyone’s trading profits. Prop-firm, brokerage, market-data, software, evaluation, activation, and reset charges are separate unless expressly included in the offer.
Access lasts through your paid membership period, subject to the cancellation and termination provisions below. The materials are provided for viewing inside the premium Discord channels; source PDFs and Google Slides files are not included. Premium-channel access and the viewing license end when paid access ends. Discord may technically allow images to be saved or captured; that capability does not expand the license in Section 10. This is a recurring membership, not a lifetime course purchase. We may also post historical recaps of the instructor’s own trades for educational discussion. No recap schedule or ongoing updates are promised unless expressly included in the offer. The Mentorship tier includes the private educational text Q&A and 24-hour response commitment described above. Scheduled calls, live sessions, and daily new videos are not included. We may update the material, but material reductions to paid benefits are subject to Section 12.
Course language: English. To use the Service you need internet access, a Discord account, and a supported browser or Discord app. Any checkout-platform account requirement is disclosed before purchase. Viewing the posted lesson images does not require a Google Slides or TradingView account. We assign premium roles manually. After payment, email kutthroatshaa@gmail.com from your purchase email address with your Discord username and receipt or order reference. Do not send card details. Your course role and, for Mentorship members, private text Q&A access are provided within 24 hours after we receive successful payment and this account information. Contact kutthroatshaa@gmail.com if access does not arrive within that period. These requirements and any material access restrictions are also identified before purchase.
3. Educational scope and trading decisions
The Service provides general education and examples. It does not include individualized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, recommendations based on your personal circumstances, account management, trade execution, or instructions tailored to your current positions or account.
The instructor explains an approach and the reasoning behind selected examples. Any historical trade examples describe completed decisions; they are not an undertaking to monitor your trades or tell you what to buy or sell. We do not assess whether a strategy or particular prop-firm program is suitable for you. General discussion or a response to a question does not expand the services you purchased to include personal account advice.
You are responsible for deciding whether to trade, what risks to take, and whether to use any educational concept. We will not ask for your trading-account password or take custody of your trading funds. Nothing in this section removes a legal obligation that applies to us regardless of how the Service is described.
4. Futures and prop-firm risks; no promised results
Futures trading involves substantial risk. In a live leveraged trading account, losses can exceed the initial deposit, depending on the account and applicable protections. Simulated prop-firm programs have different arrangements, but evaluation, reset, activation, subscription, and other charges can be lost without any payout.
Mean reversion is not certain. Prices can continue moving away from a reference level, and a strategy can experience extended losses or cease to perform as it previously did. Stop orders and risk limits do not eliminate risk or guarantee execution at a particular price.
We do not guarantee profitability, a particular return on investment, consistent payouts, passing an evaluation, obtaining or keeping funded status, recovering fees, or achieving any other trading result. Discussion of these subjects concerns objectives and methods, not promised outcomes. Completing the course does not ensure financial success.
Prop firms independently set and enforce their rules, eligibility standards, fees, drawdown limits, prohibited activities, and payout conditions. They may change their rules, deny payouts, terminate accounts, or stop operating. You must review the applicable firm’s current terms. We cannot approve your account, override its rules, or promise that a method is permitted by every firm.
5. Trade examples and performance information
TradingView position-tool overlays illustrate selected entry, stop, target, and risk/reward levels. An overlay alone does not establish that an order was placed, a trade was executed, or any displayed profit or loss was realized. Hypothetical examples are labeled as such alongside the image; actual trade examples identify their actual live or simulated account context. Any example constructed with knowledge of later prices is identified as a hindsight illustration. Additional disclosures accompany performance presentations where required.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. A selected winning or losing trade is not a complete performance record. Market conditions, costs, experience, timing, execution, and behavior can produce materially different outcomes.
Live trading, simulated trading, backtests, and cash payouts are different categories. Results must be understood in the category identified alongside the example. An actual cash payout from a prop firm does not necessarily mean that the underlying trades were executed in live markets. A displayed account size is not necessarily the trader’s own capital, available withdrawal balance, or amount at risk.
Simulation and backtesting do not reproduce all conditions of live trading, including liquidity, slippage, execution constraints, and the experience of risking money. Hypothetical examples may use assumptions that do not occur in practice. Read the labels, assumptions, costs, time periods, and additional disclosures accompanying any performance presentation.
Testimonials describe particular experiences and do not promise your outcome. These Terms do not excuse inaccurate or misleading claims or replace disclosures that must appear with a particular advertisement or performance presentation.
6. Price, automatic renewal, and payment
Premium Discord costs $149.95 USD per month. One-on-one Mentorship costs $479.95 USD per month in total, including the course. Your selected membership automatically renews each month until canceled. Applicable taxes and the total amount due are displayed before you confirm payment. The initial payment is charged when you subscribe. The checkout confirmation and billing portal identify your renewal schedule.
By separately authorizing recurring payment at checkout, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method through Stripe for the disclosed recurring membership charges until you cancel. The operator identified above is the seller of the membership; Stripe provides payment processing and subscription billing. The checkout identifies the seller and payment terms applicable to your purchase. There is no fixed minimum membership term beyond the paid monthly period. No free trial is included unless separately and expressly offered.
We provide a confirmation that you can keep, including the recurring charge, cancellation instructions, and applicable terms. We send additional notices required by applicable law. If a payment fails, access may be suspended while payment is resolved. We will not charge a new membership period after a cancellation has taken effect.
Any membership price increase applies only to a future billing period following legally required notice and consent. The notice states the new price, effective date, and cancellation method. For New York consumers, we will obtain affirmative consent before charging an increased price. Without that consent, we will continue the existing price or end renewal after the paid period, with notice. There will be no retroactive price increase.
For New York consumers, notice of material changes to recurring-service terms, including price increases, will be given at least five business days and no more than thirty days before the change, through the consumer’s selected available notification channel. We will also satisfy any other applicable notice requirements.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel future renewals at any time using the instructions on https://shamanagement.com/manage.html, including emailing kutthroatshaa@gmail.com from your purchase email address. If an activated Stripe customer portal is linked there or in your billing communications, you may also use that portal. Online enrollment includes a straightforward online cancellation option. We will make cancellation available through the signup methods required by applicable law without unreasonable obstacles or delay. You do not need to provide a reason for canceling. An identifiable cancellation request received before the next renewal prevents that renewal; processing delays on our side will not deprive you of that cancellation.
Cancellation stops future charges. Unless you request and receive a refund or access is ended under Section 12, you keep the course access and any mentorship support included in your selected plan through the end of the already-paid period. We send cancellation confirmation showing when access ends. If an eligible cancellation is not honored and another membership charge occurs, contact us and we will correct it.
Leaving the Discord server, uninstalling Discord, or ceasing to view the course does not by itself cancel the subscription. Use the cancellation instructions or contact us as described above. Contacting us is not a prerequisite to exercising lawful rights with your bank or payment provider.
8. Refunds
We do not offer voluntary refunds on initial membership purchases or renewal charges. This includes requests based on non-use, a change of mind, accidental failure to cancel before renewal, dissatisfaction with trading results, or failure to pass a prop-firm evaluation. There is no voluntary prorated refund for an ordinary mid-period cancellation. You may cancel future renewals at any time under Section 7.
These limits do not apply to refunds or other remedies required by law, billing errors, charges made after an effective cancellation, or the service-failure and termination remedies below. They also do not excuse materially misdescribed or undelivered services. No term removes any mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or payment-dispute right. A refund is not conditional on withdrawing an honest review or complaint. If a refund ends your membership, future renewals will also be canceled.
Stripe, your payment provider, or the applicable payment network may process a refund, dispute, or reversal under applicable rules or legal obligations. Our no-voluntary-refunds policy does not override those rights or remedies. We remain responsible for refunds and other remedies owed by us under these Terms or applicable law.
Statutory withdrawal for eligible international consumers
Where EU/EEA or UK statutory withdrawal rights apply, you may withdraw from the initial online membership contract without giving a reason during the fourteen-day period after the day the contract is concluded. Notify us before the period expires at kutthroatshaa@gmail.com. A clear statement is sufficient; the optional form below is not required. Any longer statutory period or additional right remains available.
These Terms do not waive that right merely because you view the course or enter Discord. If you exercise an applicable withdrawal right, we will stop renewals, end access, and return the payments due for reimbursement without undue delay and within fourteen days after receiving your notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee. Any deduction for a service already provided will be made only when permitted by law and supported by the required prior information and express request. Withdrawal from the initial contract is separate from ordinary cancellation of future renewals.
Optional withdrawal form: To Thahshin Shah, kutthroatshaa@gmail.com. I withdraw from my premium Discord membership contract. Purchase date: ____. Name: ____. Purchase email or order number: ____. Address: ____. Date: ____. Signature, only if sent on paper: ____.
If your local law provides other mandatory consumer guarantees or remedies, they remain available. New York governing law does not remove them.
9. Your account and community conduct
Keep your account secure. Do not share membership access, distribute course files without permission, harass others, impersonate another person, post unlawful content, disclose someone’s private information, operate scams, or solicit members’ trading-account credentials or funds. Comply with Discord’s applicable terms and community rules. Do not evade prop-firm or platform restrictions using the Service.
Members’ posts reflect their own views and are not automatically verified or endorsed by us. Do not post passwords, payment-card details, identification documents, or unredacted account statements. Information you post in a shared channel is visible to others with access; a paid server is not a confidential advisory relationship.
Honest reviews, lawful complaints, communications with regulators, and good-faith payment disputes are permitted. No community rule may be used to prohibit them.
10. Course materials and member contributions
We or the relevant rights holders retain ownership of original course slides, PDF pages, posted images, text, graphics, and other protected materials. During your paid access period, you receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to view them inside the premium Discord channels for your personal learning. Normal temporary copies made by your browser or app to display the content are permitted. When that period ends, both premium-channel access and this viewing license end. There is no license to deliberately download, retain permanent copies, record, upload, sell, share, or distribute protected materials, except as permitted by law or expressly authorized in writing. Technical image-saving or screenshot capabilities do not grant that permission, and we do not represent that copying is technically impossible or that we can remotely erase a saved copy. Do not bypass access controls. This does not restrict uses protected by law, including applicable accessibility rights, fair use, honest reviews, or lawful complaints. We do not claim ownership of general trading concepts or prohibit you from applying what you learned.
You retain ownership of your original contributions. You grant us only the permission reasonably needed to display and administer those contributions within the Service, handle support, and meet legal obligations, subject to the Privacy Policy. This is not permission to use your identity, private messages, or results in advertising. We will obtain separate permission for promotional use. You do not transfer ownership of your reviews to us.
11. Third-party services and relationships
Stripe provides payment processing and subscription billing, and Discord hosts the community, posted lesson images, and private educational text Q&A. There is no separate member-facing Google Slides or PDF viewer in this offering. Those providers’ applicable terms and privacy policies govern their own services; relevant links are provided in the Privacy Policy and checkout. TradingView and other third-party names, charting interfaces, and protected content remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. We remain responsible for providing the educational product we sell. Stripe does not provide or endorse the trading lessons. We are not a prop firm, broker, exchange, or the platform operators, and mentioning them does not establish sponsorship or endorsement.
Any material financial relationship relevant to a recommendation, such as an affiliate commission or free account, will be disclosed with that recommendation. A general statement here is not a substitute for the specific disclosure. Participation in a third-party program remains subject to that provider’s terms.
12. Service changes, interruptions, and termination
We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a security issue, payment failure, or material breach of these Terms. When appropriate, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it. We may act immediately to address fraud, serious harassment, threats, or other urgent misuse.
If we terminate a paid membership, we stop future renewals. For termination due to your material breach, the no-voluntary-refunds policy applies except where a refund is required by law. If we terminate for a reason unrelated to your material breach, we refund the unused portion of the current paid period, or a greater amount if required by law. No automatic penalty or chargeback fee is created by these Terms.
If we discontinue the Service or materially remove promised paid benefits, we will notify affected members and provide an appropriate refund for undelivered paid access. Temporary outages may occur. If a substantial interruption prevents delivery of the purchased service and we cannot restore it within a reasonable time, contact us for an appropriate refund or another remedy you agree to. Third-party outages do not eliminate mandatory consumer remedies.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that educational information will be error-free, that access will be uninterrupted, or that any strategy will produce a particular result. Except for express commitments in the offer or these Terms and warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, the Service is provided as available.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from this agreement. Subject to the exceptions below, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the membership fees you paid us during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, liability for death or personal injury where it cannot be limited, required refunds, or any statutory right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. They do not waive legal duties relating to advertising, investment advice, privacy, or consumer protection. Where a limitation is prohibited, it does not apply.
14. Governing law and resolving concerns
The laws of the State of New York govern this agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections, including protections of your country of habitual residence where applicable, or rights to bring claims in a court that applicable law gives you.
You may contact kutthroatshaa@gmail.com to seek an informal resolution. Doing so is voluntary and does not prevent a lawful court claim, regulatory complaint, or payment dispute. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
15. Updates, remaining terms, and contact
We will identify revisions with a new effective date. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes affecting paid memberships, obtain affirmative consent where required, and allow cancellation before affected renewals. Changes will not retroactively alter accrued rights or an existing dispute. Simply posting new terms will not substitute for legally required notice or consent.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over conflicting language. Nothing in these Terms authorizes conduct prohibited by law or excuses failure to deliver an expressly promised service.
