1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Thahshin Shah (“we”) handles personal information in connection with our website, paid educational membership, designated Discord community, lesson images in premium channels, private mentorship text Q&A, and customer support. We operate from New York, United States. For processing whose purposes and means we determine, the operator identified above is responsible as the data controller where that term applies. Stripe, Discord, and other providers also handle information under their own notices and legal roles. Their notices supplement this policy and do not remove our responsibilities for data we disclose or integrations we select.
2. Information we collect and its sources
We collect the following information as relevant to your interaction with the Service:

Stripe handles payment details entered in its checkout and billing forms. We receive customer, transaction, subscription, and limited payment-method information needed to administer your purchase. We do not ask you to send a full card number or security code through Discord or support. Stripe also processes information for its own purposes, including fraud prevention and legal compliance, as explained in Stripe’s Privacy Policy. The information processed depends on your payment method and the enabled features.
We use Discord identifiers, membership status, and premium roles to administer channel access. Any membership bot or integration handles the additional information specified in the provider table below. The website does not track lesson views, and it has no trading-account connection. Discord provides the server and role information available through its normal administration tools. Discord handles platform usage data under its own policy; this does not mean all of that data is available to us. Access checks do not authorize unrelated advertising use. The necessary account and billing information must be supplied to activate a membership; community posts and trading screenshots are optional.
Course pages created in Google Slides or as PDFs are posted as static images inside Discord. Members do not open a separate Google Slides document or external PDF viewer to read these lessons. TradingView chart screenshots in the lessons are static images, not embedded TradingView widgets. These authoring and charting tools are not additional member-facing course hosts in this delivery arrangement.
We do not request your trading-account password or custody of your trading funds. Please redact account numbers and sensitive details from screenshots you choose to share. We do not need your full financial circumstances to provide general educational content.
For the Mentorship tier, we also process private Discord questions, responses, and any historical chart examples you choose to share to provide the purchased educational text Q&A. Private conversations are intended for the member and Sha, but Discord processes them under its own policies; privacy cannot be guaranteed against copying or platform access. Redact account numbers and other sensitive details. Do not send trading credentials, current account positions, or personal financial circumstances for a trading recommendation. We do not record calls as part of this text-only service. Private mentorship messages are retained only while needed to provide support, administer the membership, and meet the retention purposes described below; they are not used in advertising without separate permission.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to deliver the purchased course and community access; process payments and refunds; manage renewals and cancellations; communicate about your membership; respond to support and privacy requests; moderate the community; secure the Service; investigate suspected misuse; maintain appropriate business records; and comply with applicable law.
We do not send promotional email campaigns. Necessary account, receipt, renewal, cancellation, security, support, and policy-update communications are separate from marketing and may be sent in connection with your membership. We do not use your information to provide personalized trading advice.
4. Who receives information
We disclose information needed to operate the Service to the providers below. Access depends on the function performed and the settings used.

Relevant team members and service providers may access information needed for support, moderation, security, or administration. Professional advisers may receive information when necessary for accounting, legal advice, or protecting lawful rights. We may disclose information to authorities when legally required or otherwise permitted by applicable law to address fraud, security, or legal claims. If the business is transferred or reorganized, information may be transferred subject to applicable law and appropriate notice.
Information you post in a Discord channel is visible to people who can access that channel. Other members can copy or disclose what they see. We cannot guarantee that your posts will remain confidential. We seek separate permission before using an identifiable testimonial, private message, or member result in our advertising.
Discord operates its platform and controls additional information independently. See Discord’s Privacy Policy. Requests concerning independently controlled records of Discord or Stripe may also need to be directed to that provider. Stripe explains its own choices and request channels in its Privacy Center.
5. Cookies, tracking, and advertising
On website pages and integrations we configure, we do not install optional Google Analytics, Meta or TikTok advertising pixels, retargeting, customer-list audience uploads, or server-side advertising conversion tracking. Our own data-handling practices do not include selling personal information, sharing it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or using it for targeted advertising. These statements describe our own website and handling of information, rather than every independent activity of the checkout or community platforms.
The website code we operate does not set cookies or use localStorage or sessionStorage. Its animation controls and pre-checkout checkboxes use temporary page memory and reset when the page is reloaded. These website checkbox selections are not stored as transaction consent records; Stripe records the payment and any acceptance enabled in its checkout. Fonts are hosted with the website, without an external font-service request. Stripe uses cookies and related technologies in connection with its services, including payment security and fraud prevention. Its Cookie Policy explains relevant technologies and links to cookie controls. Stripe’s independent practices do not mean that we install advertising pixels. Stripe checkout opens as a separate page; we do not embed Stripe scripts in our landing page. Netlify may process necessary delivery and security information.
We promote the Service through posts on TikTok and Instagram. Those platforms process information when you use them under their own policies. An organic link does not itself mean that a TikTok or Meta advertising pixel is installed on our website. No cross-site advertising tracker is included in our website code. Stripe and Discord have independent practices described in their linked notices. Relevant notices and choices are linked above.
Our website does not change its behavior in response to legacy Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals because it does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use optional advertising trackers. Where we do not engage in the processing covered by an opt-out, there is no such activity by us to disable. Independent platforms explain their responses and choices in their own notices. This does not remove any opt-out obligation that applies to us.
Browser controls can limit cookies, although blocking essential technologies may affect checkout or other functions. If we introduce optional analytics or advertising technologies, we will first update this policy and implement any legally required notice, consent, and opt-out mechanisms. Posting a revised policy alone does not establish consent.
6. Retention and security
We keep information for the periods below, unless a different period is required by applicable law. A genuine legal hold or unresolved dispute may require keeping relevant records beyond the normal period.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Our providers’ retention and security practices may differ for information they control independently. Closing a membership does not automatically erase all legally required payment or transaction records.
7. Your requests and choices
Contact kutthroatshaa@gmail.com to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on your location and the laws that apply to our business, you may also have rights to a copy of your information, portability, restriction or objection, withdrawal of consent, or an opt-out of certain processing. Where applicable, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf, and you may appeal a denied request by contacting us with “Privacy appeal” in the subject line.
We will verify identity proportionately, explain any applicable exception, and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a protected privacy right. You may also contact the relevant supervisory authority or state regulator.
Cancellation instructions are available at https://shamanagement.com/manage.html. You can request cancellation by emailing kutthroatshaa@gmail.com from your purchase email address. Where an activated Stripe billing portal is linked in the website or your billing communications, it also provides account-management options. Privacy requests and billing cancellation are separate, but if you ask us to close your membership account, we will also cancel its future membership renewals and explain the effect on remaining access. Necessary record retention may continue as described above.
8. Age limits
The paid Service is intended for people aged 18 or older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our Service. Contact kutthroatshaa@gmail.com if you believe a child has provided information, so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Discord’s own age requirements and privacy practices also apply to its platform.
9. International processing and regional information
We operate from New York, United States. Information is processed by us in the United States. Our providers may process information in additional countries, as described in their linked privacy notices. Countries may have different privacy laws. The providers’ linked privacy notices describe their international processing and any safeguards they apply. Contact kutthroatshaa@gmail.com with questions about international handling of your information. A platform’s certification does not automatically certify our business. Using the Service does not waive privacy rights or provide blanket consent to restricted transfers.
Where EU or UK data-protection law applies, our bases for processing are fulfillment of the membership contract for billing and access; legitimate interests in proportionate security, support administration, and handling legal claims; applicable legal obligations where that basis is available; and consent for activities that legally require it. We assess legitimate interests against your rights. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting kutthroatshaa@gmail.com. Rights and requests are also addressed in Section 7. You may complain to your relevant data-protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner where applicable.
Solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects: we manually administer premium Discord roles and do not make such decisions through our website. Contact us if you believe your membership access has been handled incorrectly. Platform decisions made independently are additionally explained in the provider’s notice.
10. Changes and contact
We will update the effective date when this policy changes. For material changes, we will provide appropriate notice through the website or a relevant account communication and obtain consent where required. A policy update alone does not authorize an incompatible new use of previously collected information.
